  • Business Internet Banking transactions can be conducted with Double Signature! With the approval mechanism, you can specify how many user approvals are needed to complete each transaction and set a daily transaction limit to control the cash flow out of your company account on a transaction basis.
  • You can block company accounts for use with Business Internet Banking. You can enable any company account for viewing-only on Business Internet Banking, or block it for Internet use entirely, if you wish.
  • Authorization infrastructure allows you to define authorization/limit restrictions for your personnel on a transaction basis. For instance, you can authorize a user to conduct financial transactions within specified limits, while authorizing another user only to view the account and the transactions made. You can enable certain accounts for transactions for certain personnel, while restricting other accounts.
  • Payee Restriction for Money Transfers – You can now take control of all the transactions made via Business Internet Banking! With this feature, you can restrict your users to only making money transfers to payees you specify. For instance, you can restrict one user to make money transfers to only certain payees, while leaving another free to make transfers to anyone.

  • E-Mail Reminder Service reminds you of your bill payments the day before their due date and sends you an information message about the final status of your forward dated EFT and Money Order transactions.

 

Secure Key

What is Secure Key and what is Two-Factor Authentication Method?

Secure Key is a One Time Password gerenating device which provides extra security with its own PIN (device passwod) protection.

Two-Factor Authentication is an authentication approach which requires the presentation of "two or more" of the three authentication "factors" ("something the user knows", "something the user has")

Advantages of Secure Key Usage

Advanced Security

  • Secure Key PIN provides additional security for your internet banking usage since you can only login to Business Interent Banking via your own Secure Key.
  • Secure Key is a (PIN) password protected device and it only generates a new password if you enter your Secure Key’s PIN correctly.
  • The passwords that are generated via Secure Key are unique and can only be used once.
  • Passwords created by a Secure Key can only be used by the device owner and should not be shared with anyone, including bank staff. Branch should be contacted or 0850 211 0 424 should be called in case of a device loss.

Ease of Use

It is very easy to use Secure Key. After entering your Secure Key PIN, your device will be generating a six-digit password for you to use during your login process.

All you need to do is click on "Instant Password" on www.hsbc.com.tr and follow the easy steps that are shown below.

  • When you click on Instant Password link on www.hsbc.com.tr, a pop-up window appears on the screen.
  • You need to enter the last six digits and expiry date of your HSBC Business Card or your HSBC Commercial Debit Card and your mobile phone number.
  • Then you should provide the required charecters of your mother's maiden name. Then, you can either click ENTER on virtual keyboard or click CONTINUE to submit.
  • If you make the entries correct, your customer number and user code will be shown on the next screen.
  • Your new HSBC Bank Business Internet Banking password will be sent to your mobile phone via short message (SMS).This SMS is free of charge and the password sent will expire in 7 minutes if not used.
  • After receiving your password with SMS, you can click on the link, which opens the HSBC Bank Business Internet Banking login pop-up window.
  • Customer Number, user code and Business Internet Banking password sent to your mobile phone should be used to login to Business Internet Banking.
  • After your first successful login to Business Internet Banking, you will be asked to enter your card pin for verification and define a new r Business Internet Banking password.

Transaction Signing

What is a Transaction Security Code?

Transaction Security Code is a transaction confirmation code that can be created via Secure Key for signing the online banking transactions. To confirm the correctness of the online banking transactions a Transaction Security Code should be entered into the relevant fields in Business Internet Banking system.

Advantages of Transaction Signing Functionality

Transaction Signing brings extra security to your online banking transactions.

Any transaction generated by an unauthorized user is being avoided as it is necessary to generate a Transaction Security Code via Secure Key belonging to profile owner during transaction entry.

Functionality is designed to increase the security of the electronic banking transactions executed through HSBC Business Internet Banking by giving user the opportunity to check and validate the correctness of the Account Number belonging to recipient.

Signing Your Transaction

To sign the transaction a Transaction Security Code generated via Secure Key should be entered into the relevant fields on Business Internet Banking screens. The following steps should be followed to sign the transactions:

  1. Hold the green button on your Secure Key for two seconds and turn on your device. When you see “---- PIN” on the screen enter your Secure Key PIN code until “HSBC” wording is shown.
  2. Press the yellow button on the device for once until “-“ mark appears on the Secure Key.
  3. Enter last 6 digits shown in red below into your Secure Key after checking payee’s account number and press the yellow button to generate a Transaction Security Code.
  4. Enter 6-digit number that appears in red at the end of the number on the screen in your Secure Key and press the yellow Button again.
  5. Enter the 6-digit Transaction Security Code you have generated via your Secure Key into the related field shown below on the screen and click CONTINUE.
