Business Internet Banking logon credentials and Secure Key are required to access the application that can be activated through HSBC Business Internet Banking.

Prior to using Mobile Banking application, activation of mobile banking usage is required to be done via Mobile Banking Settings submenu under Authorization & Approvals menu at Business Internet Banking screens.

The Transaction Signing function helps you to double-check and verify your transaction entries by generating a one-time Transaction Security Code via your Secure Key based on Payee Account Number / IBAN details, and ensure extra security prior to making the transaction.

What is a Transaction Security Code?

It is ensured that the transactions are correct and double checked with Transaction Security Code generated via Secure Key based on Payee Account Number / IBAN details that you input in your electronic banking transactions. A Transaction Security Code will no longer be required in future transactions with regard to the related payee after the Save Payee function is used for the transaction which is made and the transaction is signed.

Advantages of Transaction Signing

The Transaction Signing function ensures extra security for your electronic banking transactions.

Unauthorized users are prohibited to perform any transaction as Transaction Security Code requires to be generated only via users own Secure Key for the transfer transactions

It makes it easy to double check and verify Payee Account Number / IBAN details during transactions.

How is Transaction Signing performed?

It can be performed by entering the Transaction Security Code that will be generated via Secure Key based on the Payee Account/IBAN Number belonging to transactions in the related fields. The instructions in Mobile Banking for Business application should be followed and the related information should be entered in order to sign your transactions.
