Self Service

Customers, who forget their Internet Banking password or security device pin, are able to get a new password easily and unlock their security devices via Self Service module.

Easy Onboarding

Following the Internet Banking application from branches, password for internet login is  automatically sent to customer's mobile phone via SMS.

Better Account Reporting

System allows users to sort and view account activity based on the activity and the transaction type. Users are able to download account activity in different formats such as MT 940/942.

Better E-receipt

E-receipts contain all required information with a standardized format.

Detailed Authorization Pattern

Transaction amount based approval pattern is available.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I log in to the Business Internet Banking?

User can log in to Business Internet Banking by entering existing User Code in the Username field and existing password in E-Password field. Please note that Username is case-sensitive.

On the Next screen, user need to enter another password generated by Security Key as before.

2. What should I do if I forget / lock my e-password and how can I reset it?

If you forget/lock your e-password, you can easily unlock it and create a new e-password using our new self-service application.

Please click on Forgot Password link and enter the requested information. You will receive one time password on your registered GSM number which will be used to create/setup your new e-password to be used for future login.

3. What should I do if I forget Secure Key password and lock Secure Key token?

In case you forget your Secure Key password and lock your secure key token after 3 unsuccessful attempts you can easily unlock it and create new Secure Key password by following below steps through our new self-service application.

A - Click the Secure Key Unlock link.
B - Enter the requested information.
C - Enter the Lock Pin code on application from your device.
D - You will receive 4 to 8 digit Secure Key on your registered GSM number.
E - Enter 4 to 8 digit Secure Key on application to unlock the security token.
F - Reset/create a new Secure Key password on token by re-entering it.

4. Which transactions will be available on Business Internet Banking?

EFT, Money Order, SWIFT transactions to Tax, Customs Tax, SSK, Instructions / online invoice payments, Bulk order transactions via file, Foreign Exchange, Investment transactions and Online Check / bill information.

5. Can we close company accounts to Business Internet Banking or User?

You can use your company accounts with different options that you can turn off your company accounts for the use of Internet Banking during or after you define your company at Internet Banking.

Your company accounts have four different options for internet use:

  • Close to Internet Banking: You can define your company accounts as you would like them to be closed to Internet Banking and not to be monitored by Internet Banking.
  • Defining to make only balance monitoring from Internet Banking: The company accounts that you specify can be turned on to Internet Banking and closed for financial transactions. With this definition, only account balance information will be accessible and account movements will not be tracked.
  • Identification of Balance and Account Movements from Internet Banking: The company accounts that you specify can be opened to Internet Banking and closed for financial transactions. With this definition, in addition to balance monitoring from these company accounts, you can access account information / transactions, monitor all transactions of Internet Banking and branches.
  • Defining All Transactions from Internet Banking: You can open the Internet Banking to perform all transactions that you want, both financial and non-financial.
